Privacy policy
Last updated June 2026
This policy explains what data Sprinterpedia handles and your rights under UK GDPR.
Who we are
Sprinterpedia is an independent publication. For any privacy query, contact us via the contact page.
What we collect
- Analytics: we use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which guides are useful. This does not identify you individually.
- Contact messages: if you email us, we keep your message and address only to reply and improve our guides.
- Tools: the cost calculator, symptom checker and specialist finder run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us or stored.
Cookies and advertising
The core site sets no advertising cookies. If and when display advertising is enabled, the ad network may set cookies in line with its own policy, and you will be given a consent choice where required. Affiliate links may set a cookie from the retailer so a purchase is attributed correctly.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us and we will action your request.
Changes
We will update this page if our data practices change, with the date at the top.
